Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

Andrya Inc. verifies every product of each order before shipping to buyers. Shipping cost is calculated as per the location of the buyer. Shipping timing varies based on the different regions of the country. Andrya Inc. use Canada Post, UPS and DHL to ship products to the buyers. Purchase of products are subject to a destination contact. It means that the risk of loss for the product passes to you upon the carrier delivery to your ship to address, and Andrya Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft after delivery.

Return Policy:

  1. Only unpacked items can be returned.
  2. Only items with defects can be returned.
  3. Picture of the defect to be sent for investigation and return authorization.
  4. Return is not free if the item is not defective. We don't ship defective items to the customer.
